What’s your return policy?

Return the Cloud Free TV within five days of use if not satisfied and receive a 100% refund --no questions asked.  Again within 5 days of purchase. This does not include shipping if ordered online.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes and no, we’ll ship your package anywhere that has a United States Post Office as long as the purchase is in the United States or US Territories.  Currently, we are not able to ship International.  Purchases online must be made by PayPal.

What's the cost of the unit?

The Cloud Free TV unit and software app cost are $150.00, SRP $250.00.

Is there any additional cost?

No additional cost currently for the basic unit is built with a self-updating module.  However, specialize customization may have additional cost or special requested updates; please request a quote.  Also, we offer a special package option for a subscription of $20/month.

What's needed for the unit to work for you?

All you need is a good internet connection, recommend 5mbs or above, a TV with HDMI input, and electricity of course. :)
