We offer standard USPS shipping for all orders made Online Store that are not local. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
